Facility (2,100 square feet) is available for rental by the public. It is located at 87345 Holly Lane, in Christmas Valley.  Call for availability and reservations 541-576-2216.

Non-Profit Rental (i.e., Clubs, Churches, School Groups, etc.):

• Up To Five Hours - $15
• Over Five Hours - $30

 Private Groups for Profit (i.e., Bazaars, Flea Markets, etc):

• Up To Five Hours - $30
• Over Five Hours - $60

• Kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stove and sink.

• Tables and Chairs  

Special Information:

Cleaning Deposit - A $50 refundable deposit is required for the rental of the building.
The deposit will be returned if the building is left in the same (or better) condition as you found it.

If the heater in the main area of the hall is not turned down to the specified temperature as the poster states next to it, Park and Rec will bill a $9/hour fee for heating oil used.
